ABOUT UPSTATE KNIGHTS VOLLEYBALL
Upstate Knights is a club located in the Upstate of South Carolina, founded by coaches with a passion dedicated to creating more opportunities for athletes to develop their skills, confidence, and love for the game. Our mission is to help athletes reach their full potential in a safe, competitive, and supportive environment. We bring knowledge from our experience in the sport as both coaches and players. Our staff has been coaching and playing volleyball for a combined 20+ years.
Founded in 2023, UK began competing in the 2023-24 season with an 18U club team, with hopes to build on more teams in the years to come. Now offering multiple teams ranging from 13U to 18U, we have built a community of athletes that strive for greatness while encouraging each other to be the best on and off the court. We believe in developing athletes not just players. In addition to team training, we offer clinics, camps, and skill-development training opportunities. Designed to help grow the athlete in off season conditioning for players new to volleyball, as well for experienced players wanting to better their game. We also offer our support to the community and provide opportunities for our teams, or participants, to serve in helping others by being part of special clinics, camps, or other needs that we partner with in the area.

COACHING STAFF
At Upstate Knights, we strive for a safe, competitive, and positive training environment where athletes are encouraged to build confidence, work hard, and grow as individuals. We focus on developing athletes by emphasizing teamwork, discipline, communication, and mental toughness alongside technical skill development.
The UK coaching staff is a team of dedicated, knowledgeable, and passionate volleyball coaches committed to developing athletes both on and off the court. Our coaches are USAV certified and bring a combined 20+ years of experience as players and coaches, providing athletes with high-quality instruction rooted in strong fundamentals, skill development, and volleyball IQ. Through intentional coaching, continued learning, and a passion for the game, our staff strives to prepare athletes for success on the court and in life.​
